consultations.
Payments and Refunds
A deposit of 20% is required to initiate services. Full payment must be
completed before final deliverables are provided. Refunds are available
only for uncompleted services and at our discretion.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary materials such as images, text, and
branding details promptly. Clients ensure they have the legal right to
use any supplied content. Any revisions beyond the agreed scope may
incur additional fees.
Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of design concepts until full payment is received.
Clients own all final deliverables after payment completion.
Unauthorized use of our proprietary designs or templates is
prohibited.
Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for third-party hosting or platform limitations.
While we strive for excellence, results depend on external factors such
as SEO performance, social media engagement, and market trends. We do
not guarantee specific business outcomes.
Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Either party may
terminate a project with written notice if obligations are unmet.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information. Data
may be used for portfolio purposes with written consent from the
client.
