Engagement & Scope

By engaging "On the Loose" (OTL) for digital marketing, web design, or branding services, you agree to the following terms. OTL provides bespoke digital assets including but not limited to custom-coded websites (PHP/HTML/CSS), brand identity design, and social storytelling strategy tailored to the travel industry.

Each project is governed by a specific Statement of Work (SOW) which outlines the unique deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements specific to your agency.

Intellectual Property & Code

Upon final payment, the Client is granted ownership of the visual brand assets and the front-end design curated for their project. However, to maintain the integrity of our frameworks:

• OTL retains rights to all proprietary base code and custom PHP functions.
• The Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these tools for their specific business.
• Code may not be resold or redistributed to third-party agencies or advisors.

Investment & Departure

A non-refundable commencement fee is required to secure your place in our production calendar. All pricing is quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Final balances must be settled prior to "Departure" (website launch or final asset delivery). Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of active services or site hosting management.

Client Stewardship

The success of the OTL Method relies on active partnership. The Client is responsible for providing necessary brand content, imagery, and host agency details within agreed timelines.

Limitation of Liability

OTL acts as a technical and creative steward. While we architect with the highest standards of precision, OTL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of commissions, host agency disputes, or third-party platform changes that may affect digital performance.
